Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £45,000- £60,000 , double OTE

You will drive revenue growth by identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities across R&D tax services. Your role will focus on proactively sourcing cold opportunities, maximizing cross-selling and guiding prospects through a structured business development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a high quality pipeline across target sectors
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, qualifying prospects effectively
• Present the full suite of innovation services
• Lead the progression of prospects through the full sales cycle

Qualifications

• Experience within B2B sales, consultancy or business development roles.
• Experience in R&D tax relief, professional services or technical/scientific selling
• Skilled at uncovering needs through insightful questions and challenges
