Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of international casualty accounts, ensuring a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and international network partners.
  • Negotiate competitive terms, coverage, and premiums with insurers on behalf of valued clients.
  • Provide expert advice across casualty insurance products including General Liability, Employers Liability, Products Liability, and Excess Liability.
  • Coordinate and oversee international insurance programmes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Prepare market presentations, renewal strategies, and client reports.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and existing client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal broking, claims, and placement teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks impacting international casualty business.


About You

  • 3 years + experience in working for a Lloyd's Broker
  • Experienced in placing or handling London Market Casualty Risks
  • Cross-class / International Risk exposure – desirable
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Solid negotiation and client facing skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
