Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Glasgow for a Site Engineer at Weststone Construction. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage the execution of structural and civil engineering tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, coordinating with teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all project specifications are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in on-site project management and execution
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure adherence to safety and project standards
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Ability to interpret and implement project plans and technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards is advantageous
