Responsible product: Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Identify entry points and opportunities for products to support product development with HQ.
- Product Planning: Design and execute product launch strategies, distribution models, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with HQ to define product specifications based on UK market needs.
- Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in developing product communication and promotional strategies that resonate with our target consumers.
- New Product Development & Launch: Lead the end-to-end new product introduction process, from UK market requirement definition through to successful launch and post-launch review.
- Cost Management: Monitor and optimise product cost structures to improve margin performance and ensure long-term category profitability.
- HQ Coordination: Serve as the key UK contact for HQ, managing communication on after-sales, logistics, marketing, and product-related topics.
- Other ad hoc tasks where required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or engineering is preferred
- Relevant experience in small domestic appliances is ideal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with good organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn product management
- Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin
