A leading skincare brand is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to play a critical role in the next phase of its global growth journey.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling business at a pivotal stage of expansion, taking ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function while helping shape the infrastructure, processes, and build your team that will support continued international success.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Finance, and external manufacturing and logistics partners, you’ll oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, production planning, forecasting and inventory, ensuring operational excellence across multiple markets and channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement across packaging components, managing supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and strategic supplier relationships with a focus on quality, performance, and sustainability
- Manage third-party manufacturing partners, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvements across cost, efficiency, and lead times
- Own demand planning and forecasting processes, translating sales forecasts into production and material requirements while monitoring inventory levels and mitigating stock risks
- Oversee inventory management and logistics operations across internal sites and 3PL partners, ensuring accurate stock control, smooth fulfilment, and operational support for product launches and discontinuations
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience within supply chain, procurement, or operations in FMCG, beauty, consumer goods, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing 3PM and 3PLs, supplier negotiations, demand planning and inventory flows
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including inventory, purchasing, forecasting, and logistics workflows
- Analytical, highly organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a scaling business environment, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Exposure to international markets and multi-channel distribution operations
