Chief Operating Officer | High-Growth Consumer Brand

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, omnichannel FMCG brand on the appointment of a COO to help lead the next phase of growth.

The business has built a strong DTC foundation alongside rapidly expanding retail partnerships and is now looking for an operational leader who can scale systems, teams and execution without losing entrepreneurial pace.

This is a broad leadership role spanning operations, supply chain, commercial execution, fulfilment, customer experience and cross-functional scaling. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to professionalise the business while maintaining the agility and energy of a high-growth challenger brand.

We’re interested in leaders who have operated within ambitious consumer businesses — ideally food, drink or digitally native brands — and who understand the complexity of omnichannel retail, rapid growth and scaling teams internationally.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

• high-growth DTC or omnichannel consumer brands
• food, beverage, wellness or FMCG challengers
• experience scaling from founder-led growth into operational maturity
• strong commercial and operational instincts
