Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a USA College Sports Consultant, based in Greater London with the flexibility of working from home part-time. The consultant will educate student athletes and families in the UK on the US college sport opportunities, assist international student-athletes with college placements by offering tailored guidance on sports scholarships, academic requirements, and the application process. Responsibilities include assessing athletic and academic potential, advising on college options, maintaining communication with colleges, and creating personalized strategies for each athlete’s recruitment journey. Additional tasks may involve liaising with families, providing coaching insights, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Former USA college student-athlete
• Bachelor's and/or Associate's Degree
• Experience in Sales
• Knowledge of USA college sports landscape
• Excellent Communication skills, particularly in advising young athletes and their families
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, including remote and in-office tasks
• Familiarity with the U.S. college athletics recruitment process is a plus
• Strong Presentation skills
