An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy delivering MEP design solutions across commercial, education, defence and residential projects.
This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career within Building Services Consultancy and develop towards Chartered status with CIBSE.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the design of HVAC and mechanical building services systems
- Assisting with calculations, technical drawings, specifications and reports
- Working with AutoCAD and Revit within an MEP environment
- Supporting sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
- Attending site visits, surveys and commissioning activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a strong interest in Building Services
- Knowledge of HVAC / mechanical building services design
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and CIBSE guidance
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
CIBSE membership or progress towards Chartership would be beneficial.
