The Pre-Sales Architect: Azure and Modern Work exists to lead the technical shaping, design, and articulation of Cloud transformation through the Microsoft stack, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance and governance.
You will be focusing on helping customers unlock real business value from the use of Microsoft Cloud technology. A core part of the role is ensuring Cloud solutions are built on strong data, security, and governance foundations, leveraging Microsoft Purview, Entra, and the wider Microsoft security stack.
You will help customers that have made the move to cloud mature as they optimise and adopt more cloud native services or migrate from another Cloud provider to Azure. For customers that are still beginning their cloud journey you will help them to scope and migrate the move from on-premise. Where customers are still to migrate and onboard fully to Microsoft 365, the role is to help with designing and scoping the migration and adoption of key services such as Office 365 Mobility & Security, Endpoint Management (Intune), SharePoint and Entra ID.
The role acts as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partnering closely with sales to translate business challenges into secure, scalable, and commercially viable solutions, while ensuring alignment with Cloud Direct capabilities and Microsoft best practices.
