What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to join our team in the commercial furniture industry. We are a growing business where you’ll have real ownership across purchasing, supplier relationships, and inbound logistics, working with partners across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

This is a full time, permanent role with the possibility of flexible working being available. Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Ideally minimum of 2 years in procurement/supply chain
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and take ownership
- Interest in developing a long-term career in procurement
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for both direct and indirect spend, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order management
- Independently own indirect procurement (e.g. office supplies)
- Coordinate inbound logistics, working with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and competitive rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers
- Track and manage orders, resolving any delivery or supply issues proactively
- Support sourcing decisions, including “make vs buy” evaluations and alternative supply options
- Raise and manage work orders for internal and external production
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier data, pricing, and contracts
- Work closely with finance to ensure timely invoice processing and supplier payments, resolving any queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems
- Support wider procurement projects and team activities

Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
