Freelance Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work with us at Cre8tive Space.

We’re also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team. At Cre8tive Space, projects work best when people collaborate well, communicate openly and support each other on and off site.

You’ll be joining a close-knit community that values professionalism, trust, good humour and people who are willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in together.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of high-quality interior construction and workspace projects, working closely with our project team to keep sites running smoothly, securely, safely and professionally.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within interior construction

• Organised and proactive

• Strong with people and communication

• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

• Confident managing site safety and day-to-day coordination

You’ll need:

• Hold current security clearance (SC)

• SMSTS

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong understanding of H&S processes

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Experience in fast-paced project environments

Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in delivering a great site experience for customers, subcontractors and teams alike.
