Fire & Security Commissioning & Operations Manager
£40,000 – £42,500 + Overtime

We’re looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer or Manager to join the team in a hands-on commissioning and operations role. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys working on large-scale projects and supporting engineers and project delivery from start to finish.
The role offers excellent earning potential with overtime available, alongside a company van, fuel card, laptop and uniform provided.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Commissioning Fire Alarm Systems on large and complex projects
- Supporting Project Managers and Engineers throughout installations
- Technical support across projects and operations
- Managing associated paperwork, reports and communication
- Occasional installation work where required
This position can be tailored around your strengths and experience.
Experience Required
- Strong background in Fire Alarm Installation & Commissioning
- Experience with large-scale projects and multi-panel network systems
- Knowledge of cause & effect programming, testing and commissioning
- Good understanding of British Standards and Fire Alarm equipment
- Experience with Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control is beneficial
- Comfortable working in occupied premises with good customer-facing skills

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Fire Alarm Commissioning experience
- Full UK Driving Licence required
