Location: Remote – Ideally based in Wales

Rate: £17.54 per hour

Contract: 11 months

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator to join a highly respected public sector organisation operating across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to support key commercial development activities while working remotely.

In this role, you’ll provide essential technical and administrative support to Land Agents, contributing to a range of estate management programmes and projects within the Commercial Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage land and property inventories
• Update and manage databases with a high level of accuracy
• Support GIS mapping activities
• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of contracts and commercial delivery programmes
• Track progress of workstreams, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Capability to monitor work progress and address delivery challenges

Desirable Experience

Either;

• Previous experience or understanding of GIS mapping systems
• Exposure to estate management or property-related work
