Site Manager - Commercial (Northern Ireland Projects)

The Opportunity

McCallion Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial builds to be based at one of our project sites in Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring programme targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and client expectations are consistently met.

What you will deliver

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor teams.
• Drive programme and quality targets in line with company standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and Quality Assurance.
• Maintain accurate site records and assists project manager with progress reports, and documentation.
• Support procurement and materials management to meet programme requirements.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction environments.
• Preferably an engineering or construction-related qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of construction trades, techniques and H&S standards.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• IT skills (MS Office; project reporting tools)
• Willingness to travel to sites across Ireland as required.
• CSR black card or SMSTS certification.
