Capricorn is looking for experienced Protection Advisers to join our high-performing protection business in Hammersmith. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for advisers who know how to convert and want to be in an environment where performance is rewarded properly.

What you’ll be doing:
- converting qualified mortgage clients into protection business
- owning your pipeline from first contact to completion
- delivering high-quality, client-first advice with urgency and accuracy
- working closely with advisers to maximise referral opportunity and retention
- building consistent volume in a proven protection model

Realistic OTE:
- Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
- Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
- Year 3: £150,000+
- Year 4: £175,000+
