We’re looking for a Global E‑Commerce Manager to lead Alliance’s global e‑commerce acceleration across priority pure play and omnichannel retail partners. Reporting to the Global E-Commerce Director, our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire (2 days a week hybrid)

What you’ll be responsible for
- Own and activate the global e‑commerce growth strategy across key retail partners
- Turn e‑commerce levers into results: assortment, digital shelf, retail media, promo, availability
- Build best‑in‑class execution frameworks that scale across regions
- Lead joint business planning with priority retailers to unlock mutual growth
- Translate data into clear performance stories that influence senior leaders
- Partner cross‑functionally (media, supply chain, commercial) to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
- Act as a thought leader for digital‑first, customer‑obsessed commerce excellence
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing pure play and/or omnichannel retailers, ideally across EMEA or globally
- A track record of driving accelerated e‑commerce revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen you know how inputs drive outputs
- Confident influencer across cultures, markets, and functions (without formal authority)
- Deep understanding of digital shelf excellence, retail media, performance levers, and platform dynamics
- Curious, resilient, and energised by building scalable, repeatable excellence
- A natural strategic storyteller who turns complexity into clarity
