MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

To act as a trusted Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing and Customer Affairs Officer and Chief People Officer, providing proactive, high‑quality support that enables effective leadership, decision‑making and delivery at pace.

The role requires exceptional organisational skill, sound judgement, resilience under pressure and absolute attention to detail. The post‑holder will flex across priorities, respond calmly to changing demands, and provide seamless support to the wider Executives and Board as required.
