Permanent Design Director role for Presentations, Events & Enterprise Creative - Hybrid East Midlands or Remote UK
Salary: DOE + benefits + tech allowance
Location: Hybrid preferred (East Midlands) or remote within the UK, with occasional travel
Reports to: Account Director
A leading visual communications agency is seeking a Design Director to lead creative delivery across a major global technology account. This role combines strategic creative leadership with hands-on design direction, overseeing high-impact presentations, campaigns, digital assets, and event storytelling for enterprise audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and visual storytelling across client projects
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team
- Build strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Drive innovation through AI-powered creative workflows and scalable design systems
- Ensure high-quality delivery across presentations, digital campaigns, and branded content
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading creative work for enterprise/global brands
- Strong presentation design and storytelling skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Bonus Skills
- Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Claude, or Veo
