Interim M&A/ Fundraising Corporate Finance specialist – Digital Media & Streaming (Contract)

Duration: 3-6 months

Engagement: Consulting agreement

Location: Flexible working in London Or Brussels and remote

ReachX is supporting a client in the digital media and streaming sector who is seeking an experienced M&A and Fundraising Consultant to support a defined transaction phase. This is a mid market transaction size ($10-15M)

This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement, ideal for an ex-investment banker at VP level or similar with strong sector Digital Marketing experience. It is essential the successful candidates have previously supported M&A or Fundraising within the Digital Marketing sector or similar sectors. 

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support M&A activity within the digital media / streaming space, including:

• Advising on sell side/ fundraising 
• Writing equity story
• Financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
• Preparation of investment materials and transaction documentation
• Market and sector analysis within digital media and streaming
• Acting as a senior, hands-on advisor throughout the deal lifecycle
  

• Former Investment Banker (or similar) from top tier firm (VP level or equivalent) And/OR experience from a Digital Marketing background
• Demonstrable M&A experience in digital media, streaming, content, or adjacent technology sectors
• Financial modelling and valuation capability
• Experience working in lean, fast-paced deal environments
• Comfortable operating independently as a consultant
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  

• 3-6 month contract
• Central London Office OR Brussels office with flexible and remote working arrangements
• Competitive day rate, aligned to experience
• Immediate or near-immediate start preferred
