Niche Recruitment are proud to be partnering with MGI Engineering to recruit a Commercial Manager to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects across the defence, aerospace, automotive, marine and motorsport sectors. This hands-on role is focused on the commercial management of live engineering and defence contracts, supplier relationships and programme governance, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and technical teams in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role:

• Manage the commercial delivery of engineering and defence contracts
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor agreements
• Support programme delivery through change control and claims management
• Monitor commercial performance, risks and KPIs
• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Programme teams

About You:

• Experience within commercial contract management in defence, aerospace, engineering or advanced manufacturing
• Strong understanding of engineering programme delivery and commercial governance
• Knowledge of defence procurement frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
