If you’re used to being stretched across multiple sites or stuck between meetings and reports, this is different. You’ll take ownership of a live project and run it properly, day to day, from mobilisation through to commissioning.

- Working closely with the Project Manager to resolve issues early
- Leading from the front, not from a desk

- Working on HV, substations, or industrial projects
- Comfortable in live, safety-critical environments
- Someone who prefers being on site, solving problems, and getting things built
You don’t need to tick every box on paper. Strong construction and HV experience matters more than titles.
