£55,000 - £62,500 + Bonus & Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure business delivering essential construction and utilities projects in the Bacton area.

This role will focus on the commercial management of large-scale projects, supporting Project Managers with contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing NEC contracts and commercial project activities

• Supporting cost forecasting, reporting, and financial control

• Assisting with tender evaluations and contract negotiations

• Supporting risk management and dispute resolution activities

• Working closely with project teams to improve commercial performance

Requirements:

• Experience in a construction-based Quantity Surveyor role

• Strong NEC3 / NEC4 contract knowledge

• Experience on major construction or utilities projects

• Strong commercial and contract management skills

• Full UK driving licence
