Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Field Technician. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment at client sites. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and providing technical support and guidance to clients. The technician will ensure that coffee machines are running at optimal performance to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment and processes is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Previous experience in a technician or technical support role is preferred
• Overtime/time in lieu
