Camino Search is currently partnering with a boutique private equity advisory firm seeking a Strategic Advisor to lead on a capital raise for a renewable energy manufacturing company, backed by a lower mid-market private equity fund.

- Develop and own the capital raise strategy to build a compelling investment narrative.
- Refine investor materials (pitch deck, financial model, supporting analysis).
- Lead investor outreach, manage pipeline, and negotiate key commercial terms.
- Negotiate key commercial terms, working directly with the internal executive team, external stakeholders, and prospective investors.
Experience:
- Experience supporting end-to-end capital raising, ideally within investment banking, corporate finance / advisory, or project finance environments.
- Demonstrable track record of closed transactions on buy-side and/or sell-side.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to build and stress-test models independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management - comfortable working with founders, board members, and investors.
- Background in industrials / manufacturing sectors, ideally with exposure to renewable energy.
