A highly regarded US law firm is seeking a Tax Associate (NQ–6 PQE) to join its London office, as it continues to grow its international tax offering in line with increasing transactional demand.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, top-tier tax practice advising on complex, cross-border matters across M&A, private equity and finance.
The Opportunity
You will work on a broad range of high-value, technically challenging matters, including:
• Tax structuring for cross-border M&A and private equity transactions
• Fund formation and investment structuring for international sponsors
• Financing transactions, including leveraged and structured finance
• Corporate reorganisations and multi-jurisdictional structuring projects
• Advisory work spanning international tax, UK tax and transactional risk
The role offers exposure to premium deal flow, working alongside corporate, finance and funds teams on highly coordinated, cross-practice mandates.
The Team
The team is widely recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach, advising a sophisticated client base including:
• Private equity houses and infrastructure funds
• Financial institutions and credit funds
• Multinational corporates and strategic investors
