Leading In-House Firm – Defendant Clinical Negligence role – open PQE

Are you a Defendant Clinical Negligence solicitor looking to bring your litigation experience to a role that supports healthcare professionals rather than chasing billable hours? I am working exclusively with a leading MDO firm in Central London that is looking for a Solicitor with Healthcare Litigation to join their team

Working in-house gives you the opportunity to:

  • Manage clinical negligence litigation whilst having the opportunity to gain exposure to regulatory cases, coroner's inquests, and disciplinary investigations

  • Work in a collaborative team environment

Benefits of joining from private practice:

  • No billable hour pressure – focus on quality legal work and client service

Generous benefits package including:

  • 15% employer pension contribution
  • 27 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance
  • Holiday buy/sell scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing initiatives
  • Agile working

What I'm looking for:

  • Self reliant litigator with excellent negotiation and communication skills
