We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our construction clients based in North London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing costs and value, ensuring quality and safety across a wide range of local commercial and residential projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial resources across assigned projects to maximise profitability and achieve planned gross margins.
  • Provide commercial support in areas including valuations, claims management, budget control, and performance reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Oversee and authorise project variations, subcontract agreements, and material orders.


Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • Previous experience in a similar Quantity Surveying or commercial role within the construction industry, ideally working for a Main Contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and contractual processes.
