Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor – CAPEX & Tenant Improvements | Caribbean
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Real Estate Developer in the Cayman Islands.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, CAPEX projects, and tenant improvement works who is looking to take the next step into a client-side environment delivering high-profile assets.
Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 + competitive benefits
Location: Cayman Islands
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial projects from concept through to completion
• Oversee consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholder coordination
• Establish and maintain commercial controls including cost monitoring, reporting, and change management
• Support procurement processes, budgeting, and capital planning
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams and live operational environments
Ideal Background:
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management or Quantity Surveying
• Commercial office fit-out / refurbishment experience preferred
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of construction delivery
• Experience within consultancy, developer, client-side, or corporate real estate environments
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
