BettingJobs is working with a UKGC focused sportsbook brand, who are looking to add a Sportsbook Operations Exec to their team based in London.



Responsibilities:

  • Providing top level customer service to our UK based customers.
  • Profiling Sportsbook players based on account activity.
  • Profiling Sportsbook 'defaults' using the appropriate analysis Reporting tools.
  • Assist the Customer Service team with all Sportsbook and Sportsbook wager disputes, settlements, re-settlements, and cancellations.
  • Review Sportsbook account activities to approve/deny payout requests.
  • Complete various site checks several times daily to ensure the accuracy of our Sportsbook and Sportsbook product.
  • Able to run the Sportsbook product manually when necessary.
  • Create and manage Future's lines for various sports.
  • Perform regular Live Tracker Watch shifts, assisting Trading in spotting bad bets, syndicate betting and stale lines.
  • Manual settlement checks across all Sports on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining and monitoring Tableau reports to be used daily.
  • Revision of Opponents/Players management upon every new Season across each Sport.



Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of sports and a keen interest in betting.
  • Strong mathematical ability with a basic understanding of odds, percentages and probabilities.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard 9-5 hours.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and detail orientation.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding analytical and probing skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Internet applications and all Operations facing tools within the company.
