The team advises on the full spectrum of securitisation and structured finance matters, with particular strength in complex, private and bespoke transactions. Acting for leading Australian and international financial institutions, issuers, originators, arrangers, and major global private equity clients, the group is regularly instructed on "first-of-its-kind" securitisations and cross-border structures, working seamlessly with colleagues across the firm's global offices.
Ideal Profile
- Senior Associate-level lawyers with significant securitisation and structured finance experience gained at leading practices in the UK
- Demonstrable experience on private/bespoke securitisation deals
- The ability to independently run transactions with multiple moving pieces, supported by strong project management skills and confidence in complex deals
- A consistent career track record with demonstrated high performance
