I'm looking for a Technical BA to join a fast-growing InsurTech platform operating in the London insurance market. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting on a pricing benchmark product, a genuinely complex, data-intensive environment with multiple third-party integrations and competing stakeholder demands. You'll need to hit the ground running.
Key focus areas
Map and analyse data flows across multiple third-party integrations, understanding where information comes from, where it breaks down, and what's missing
Identify gaps and friction points in requirements before they become delivery problems
Monitor backlog health, traceability and data quality to stay ahead of issues, not react to them
Spot where processes or requirements aren't working effectively and find practical ways to fix them
