The firm manages concentrated, fundamentally driven equity portfolios for institutional and wealth clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in idea generation, portfolio construction support, and the development of junior investment talent.

- Drive idea generation and contribute meaningfully to portfolio construction and risk discussion.
- Take a leadership role within the research team, including mentoring and developing junior analysts.
- Engage actively with portfolio managers to challenge and refine investment theses.
- Monitor existing holdings, update valuation work, and recommend position sizing and exits as conditions evolve.
- Contribute to internal investment debates and periodic strategy reviews.
Candidate profile
- Approximately 12–18 years’ experience in public‑equities investing, ideally within high‑conviction, bottom‑up strategies (e.g. quality‑growth, value/contrarian, or concentrated long‑only / hedge funds).
- Strong track record of generating successful investment ideas and influencing portfolio outcomes.
- Genuine passion for company analysis, with robust skills in financial modelling, valuation, and competitive‑dynamics assessment.
- Clear, concise communicator, able to articulate complex ideas to portfolio managers and non‑specialist stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking ownership, challenging consensus, and operating in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous culture.
Experience mentoring junior investors or contributing to team development is strongly preferred.
