We’re working with a fast‑growing consumer digital fintech platform that’s building a brand‑new product area focused on customer guidance and decision‑making — and they’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own it.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real autonomy and visibility. There’s no inherited roadmap — success comes from strong judgement, experimentation, and learning fast, rather than long delivery cycles.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and shaping a new proposition from early concept through to scale
- Defining direction in a space with high ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Running experiments and tests to learn what genuinely helps customers make better decisions
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Decisioning / Data Science
- Framing problems, setting success metrics, and making clear trade‑offs
- Communicating progress and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders

- A Senior Product Manager with experience in B2C digital products
- Comfortable operating without a fixed roadmap — you create clarity rather than wait for it
- Strong experimentation mindset: hypotheses, trade‑offs, iteration, learning from failure
- Data‑literate and confident partnering with analysts or decisioning / ML teams
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functionally as a senior IC
