Business Development Manager – Print (Large Format, Signage & 3D Displays)

Our client is a fast-growing and highly creative large format print, signage, and 3D display business delivering solutions for clients across the retail, property, and pharmaceutical sectors on a global scale.
With a current turnover of £3.5 million and ambitious growth plans within the next 12-18 months, the business is investing heavily in both its people and production capabilities.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities across retail, property, and pharmaceutical markets, while building long-term client relationships and contributing directly to the company’s ambitious growth plans.
A major benefit of the role is the flexibility around account management. The business has an experienced Project Management team in place to manage client relationships and day-to-day project delivery, allowing the salesperson to focus purely on winning new business if preferred. Equally, candidates who enjoy managing and growing their own accounts will have the autonomy to do so.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors including retail, property, and pharmaceutical
- Develop relationships with key decision‑makers, procurement teams, brand managers, and project stakeholders
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
- Work collaboratively with internal production and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Key skills and experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales within large format print, signage, displays, graphics, branding, POS, exhibitions, fit-out, or related industries
- Experience developing new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence
