Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Salary

  • Project Manager – up to £80,000 + package
  • Senior Project Manager – up to £90,00 + package

We are currently working with a leading tier one main contractor who are looking to appoint both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of major projects across East Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile education, leisure, and public‑sector developments, with a strong mix of refurbishment and new‑build projects across Perth and Dundee.

The role will involve

  • Managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Leading programme delivery and weekly progress monitoring
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams
  • Working closely with commercial teams on project financial performance
  • Managing health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance
  • Chairing subcontractor and progress meetings
  • Coordinating labour, materials and day‑to‑day site operations
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

Requirements

  • Previous experience working for a tier one or recognised main contractor
  • Strong operational construction/project delivery background
  • Experience delivering education, public‑sector or large commercial projects preferred
  • Excellent programme and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong client‑facing and leadership ability
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
