Senior Housing Architect – £45,000‑£55,000 p.a.

An industry leading London‑based architectural practice looks for a driven Senior Architect to lead on a large regeneration project. The practice focuses on housing and regeneration and is known for delivering high‑quality, sustainable housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of large regeneration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to a high design standard.
• Produce early RIBA stage design work, maintaining a keen eye for quality.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing effective communication.
• Use Revit with high proficiency to support design and coordination.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years Post Part III experience working on large scale housing or master‑planning projects.
• Strong evidence of leading projects of a similar scale.
• High proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder liaison.
