C++ Developer – Investment Tools and Signals
Newton Colmore is looking for an experienced C++ developer with a strong interest in finance and technology to join a newly established investment team, developing cutting edge tools and algorithms.
You will be working closely with quantitative researchers, traders and fellow developers to create software that drives the company's investment strategies and delivers alpha across a broad spectrum of markets and instruments.
Key responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of C++ applications for alpha signal generation and equity research.
- Building new tools for advanced data processing and multithreaded statistical analysis.
- Collaborating to shape the future of the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong C++ expertise.
- Industry knowledge in hedge funds, proprietary trading, or fintech background.
- 2‑4 years of experience (flexible for the right candidate).
- Coachable and naturally curious mindset.
- Experience in quantitative research, statistical modeling, or data science is a plus.
