We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's home supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance
- Support and develop staff teams
- Create positive outcomes for young people
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and structured environment
Requirements
- Experience managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding children's home
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £54,997 – £68,441
- 10% annual bonus
- £2,500 on-call bonus
- £1,400 attendance allowance
