  • Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring seamless system integration
  • Manage project programmes, resources, commercial performance, and risk
  • Ensure high standards across design outputs, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Mentor and develop engineers, contributing to a high-performing team culture
  • Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships

About You

  • Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering solutions within complex building projects
  • Strong technical expertise using Revit, BIM, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM
  • Proven background in engineering consultancy with client-facing experience
  • Ability to lead teams, set standards, and ensure design quality and consistency
  • Strong commercial awareness, including fee planning and project forecasting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking approach to project delivery
