Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for electrical design across major projects
- Define project briefs, technical direction, and early-stage strategies
- Lead client engagement, including presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring seamless system integration
- Manage project programmes, resources, commercial performance, and risk
- Ensure high standards across design outputs, specifications, and technical documentation
- Mentor and develop engineers, contributing to a high-performing team culture
- Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships
About You
- Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering solutions within complex building projects
- Strong technical expertise using Revit, BIM, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM
- Proven background in engineering consultancy with client-facing experience
- Ability to lead teams, set standards, and ensure design quality and consistency
- Strong commercial awareness, including fee planning and project forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and forward-thinking approach to project delivery
