Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest technical standards.
• Supervise direct labor and sub-contractors, tracking daily progress against the project schedule.
• Actively enforce site safety protocols and contribute to the “In Progress” snagging system to ensure a “zero-defect” delivery.
• Monitor manpower levels and report direct/sub-contractor hours to the management team for central tracking.
• Attend site meetings and engineering reviews to ensure seamless integration between packages.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven track record as a supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong Electrical Trade background is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse site team under strict deadlines.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety compliance.
• Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering results with certainty.
