Salary: £45,000-£46,000 plus travel time. Monday to Friday with overtime available. No on-call rota.

The role involves service, maintenance and fault finding of commercial heating, ventilation and plant rooms as part of a team of established engineers.

Requirements

• Strong background as an HVAC Engineer.
• Based in the West Midlands.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Current commercial gas certificates.
• Strong plant‑room knowledge.
• Excellent fault‑finding skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region when needed.
