We’re looking for a Night Manager to join a busy and friendly Hotel in Godalming on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys taking responsibility, and ensuring smooth overnight operations within a boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of overnight operations, including:

• Completing audits and overnight reports
• Assisting with banking duties when required
• Carrying out security checks across the buildings
• Handling fire evacuations if needed
• Managing the night team and ensuring all duties are completed
• Supporting the overall running of the Hotel overnight

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this Night Manager role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel
• First Aid & Fire Safety Certificates are required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A calm and professional approach during busy periods
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working independently overnight
