Monarch Education is looking for an enthusiastic and confident KS1 Learning Leader to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced primary practitioner or a skilled educator looking for your next step, this is a brilliant opportunity to support children’s learning, bring fresh energy to the classroom, and work with schools that truly value their staff.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading engaging KS1 lessons across local Bicester primary schools
• Supporting pupils in their early learning journey with creativity and confidence
• Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive, purposeful learning environment
• Working with school staff to adapt learning activities to meet the needs of the class
• Delivering high quality teaching and contributing to pupils’ academic and personal development

What we’re looking for

• Experience teaching or leading learning within a primary school (KS1 experience ideal)
• A positive, proactive and reliable approach to education
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Someone who loves working with children and wants to make an impact
• QTS is desirable, but we also welcome experienced Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with strong KS1 experience
