Workday specialist looking for a role where your configuration and reporting expertise really matters?

The Royal Society of Chemistry is looking for an experienced Workday HRIS Configuration & Data Analyst to take a lead role in shaping, optimising and extending our Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning environment following a recent implementation on a 9 month temporary basis.

Working closely with colleagues across People & Culture, Technology and Finance, you will lead on advanced Workday configuration, workforce data modelling and analytics, and the integration of Workday and Adaptive Planning. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality data, delivering meaningful insights and maximising the value of our HR systems for the organisation.

This is a hands-on, influential role for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate.


Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge, you will be able to work from home within the UK, with the expectation that you will attend the office as needed for your role.

In this role it is expected that you will attend the office a minimum of one day per week. Travel between the Cambridge and London offices will also be required. If you need flexible working arrangements, please outline this in your application.
