Senior Production Manager

Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Belfast, to recruit a Senior Production Manager.
As the successful Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all production operations across your division division, ensuring output meets specification, quality and delivery requirements.
What We Require:
- Have a third level qualification in either: Production / Mechanical / Process / Polymer Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years management experience within manufacturing
- Experience of lean manufacturing tools (5S / 5WHY / SMED)
- Have a good understanding of materials management
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
- Have excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Have experience of developing staff and achieving departmental and business objectives
- Have strong IT skills including MS office and particularly excel
- Have strong people management skills in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve challenging targets
