- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Providing market insights and advice to both clients and candidates
- Handling offer negotiations and successfully closing placements
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is beneficial, but not required
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A motivated, target-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
- Ambition to grow and build a long-term career
Earning potential:
- Year 1: £40k£50k
- Year 2: £50k£60k
- Year 3: £60k£80k+
