- Previous experience within a catering management or supervisory position with strong team leadership abilities
- Committed to providing excellent customer service standards
- Strong attention to detail with knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Motivated, organised, and capable of working using own initiative
- Good communication skills with competent IT literacy
- Positive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to work
What you'll do:
- Manage and motivate the catering team to provide quality food and outstanding customer service
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene legislation and HACCP requirements
- Coordinate day-to-day catering operations including opening and closing of service areas
- Handle administrative duties including stock management, cash handling, and till reconciliation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and health & safety compliance
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on schedule
