Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of crushing machinery, is expanding their production team and seeking skilled Final Assembly Fitters to help build high-quality machines used across the world.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Final Assembly Fitter, youll play a key role in building both pre-assemblies and full machines, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated and purchased components as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Build products accurately using assembly drawings and 3D models.
  • Move between different assembly operations depending on production needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure assemblies meet quality expectations.
  • Break down full machines for containerisation and shipping when required.
  • Ensure all work meets ISO9001 quality standards.
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

What Were Looking For

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in construction, agriculture, mechanical assembly or a similar hands-on environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet production targets.
  • Strong awareness of general Health & Safety practices.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
