About the role
Reporting to the Public Health Intelligence Manager, the Advanced Public Health Analyst plays an important role in ensuring that highquality intelligence and analysis underpin the delivery of public health, health improvement and health and wellbeing outcomes across Cambridgeshire. The role supports the Public Health function to harness data, evidence and best practice to inform planning, monitoring, evaluation and decisionmaking

About you
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Public Health, Policy, Performance and Intelligence, and the wider Council and partner organisations, the Advanced Public Health Analyst will support the identification and exploration of population health issues and health inequalities, applying appropriate epidemiological and analytical approaches. They will present findings in a clear and accessible way that responds to the purpose of the work and the needs of different audiences.
The role will support and lead analytical projects and programmes of work as required, contributing to the synthesis of complex datasets and the production of highquality insight.
