, what you’ll do
As an SDR, you’ll be at the heart of our growth: spotting opportunities, engaging high-potential prospects, and opening the door to new business. Working closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team, you’ll fuel the top of the sales funnel and help shape our pipeline strategy.

The day-to-day:
Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing, webinars, events) and respond effectively to inbound leads.Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and business context, preparing the ground for impactful sales conversations.Book and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a smooth handover and strong first impression.Maintain a clean and organised CRM, tracking all activity to ensure full visibility on pipeline performance and lead quality.Goals & Objectives:
Achieve the designated number of calls monthly.Reach the specified email quota per month.About you, what we are looking for
We're on the lookout for an SDR who already has some hands-on outbound sales experience, ideally in a SaaS, Tech, or FinTech setting.
A first outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.)Emotional maturity and perspective, you're comfortable stepping back when needed and acting as a reliable reference for the team without being 100% in the operational weedsMindset & Soft Skills:
You’re hungry and driven, motivated by challenge and ready to win market share in a competitive space.You thrive on autonomy and initiative, with the ability to create your own pipeline and opportunities in a mature market.You're curious and commercially aware, always keeping an eye on the competition and staying ahead of market trends ( industry events like the Congrès EC).What you'll be part of, our values, culture & behaviours
